Coconut Mango Ice Cream

This simple treat takes about 2 minutes to prepare and is satisfying whether you're on a restricted diet or just eating healthy.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 1/2 cup frozen organic mango

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened organic coconut flakes or chips

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add mango and coconut flakes to your food processor and blend about 30 seconds, scraping the sides once.

While the processor is running, add the coconut almond milk and process until smooth, about 10 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl once.

Divide into 2 bowls and serve immediately for a delicious treat.


Serves 2.
