Flax seed has amazing health benefits, such as their fiber and omega 3 content, and I love adding them to dressings as thickeners.
¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar/ACV [such as Bragg’s]
½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp raw local honey
1 tbsp organic Dijon mustard
⅛ cup organic, high polyphenol EVOO
1 tbsp organic flax seed, freshly ground
Dissolve sea salt and honey in the ACV.
Add Dijon mustard.
Whisk while adding EVOO.
Finally, whisk in the ground flax.
Refrigerate in a lidded glass container.
