Honey Dijon Dressing

Flax seed has amazing health benefits, such as their fiber and omega 3 content, and I love adding them to dressings as thickeners.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar/ACV [such as Bragg’s]

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp raw local honey

  • 1 tbsp organic Dijon mustard

  • ⅛ cup organic, high polyphenol EVOO

  • 1 tbsp organic flax seed, freshly ground


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dissolve sea salt and honey in the ACV.

  2. Add Dijon mustard.

  3. Whisk while adding EVOO.

  4. Finally, whisk in the ground flax.

  5. Refrigerate in a lidded glass container.
