This delicious hummus is packed with powerful nutrition AND big flavor! Take it to parties, eat it as a snack, or spread it on a wrap or sandwich.
2 cups cooked organic chickpeas
3-4 cloves organic garlic, peeled, crushed, and rested for 5 minutes
½ organic English cucumber, about 1 ¼ -1 ½ cups
1 tbsp chopped organic pickled jalapenos
½ tsp organic turmeric paste or powder
1 tsp sea salt
¼ cup fresh organic dill
2 tbsp Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 ¼ cup filtered water
¼ cup organic EVOO
1 tbsp organic tahini
Additional fresh dill for garnish
Place garlic and chickpeas in the food processor, and blend to the consistency of course sand.
Add cucumber, jalapenos, dill, salt, and turmeric.
Resume processing until incorporated.
Add water, ACV, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the processor bowl as needed. Lastly, add EVOO and tahini, processing until smooth.
Garnish with fresh dill, and serve with crudité and gluten free crackers.
Store in a lidded glass container.
