This snack mix I created is packed with energy and powerful nutrition, but you don't have to be an adventurer to enjoy this yummy goodness. Serve this snack at parties...think Pinterest-y small cups, put it in lunch boxes, or use as a topping for your morning oatmeal.
¼ cup organic cacao nibs
½ cup organic sunflower seeds with sea salt
½ cup salted shelled pistachios
½ cup raw pecan halves
½ cup organic unsulphured dried apricots, cut into 6ths
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
Variation: Substitute organic unsweetened cherries for the apricots.
Variation: Experiment with other nuts and seeds to create your own favorite combination.
