  • 1 cup organic quinoa

  • 2 cups organic chicken bone broth, veggie broth or steaming water, or filtered water

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Rinse the quinoa to remove saponin.

  2. In medium saucepan, bring liquid to a boil, add quinoa and salt, then cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat and fluff.
